Beautiful view of Lake Maggiore from our room.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. Make sure you get there at least 30 minutes before 10am because they shut down immediately at 10am.

The hotel was old and needs a freshner- it had a stale smell.

Short stay at a well located hotel although we were tolerated rather than welcomed.

During our stay, the hotel had 2 different tours staying and the dining room was partioned in to 3, one for each group and 1 for individual travellers. This meant that there was zero atmosphere in the dining area with maybe 6 other guests in a large room. Breakfast was the same but the tour parties seem to get there first. The whole hotel seemed to revolve around tour parties and that spoilt the expperience for us.

I nice place to stay and would look to stay at this property again.

The staff were all fantastic, the location, car parking is great too. The pool facility was good however I did not use the indoor pool so, can’t comment on that.

The air conditioning was not so good but most in the area I’m sure will be the same.

I recommend it. We loved Stresa and this accomodation was part of our lovely experience.

It was a beautiful and well located hotel. I'd rate it as a 5 star. The decor and furniture were beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There was just one thing missing: tea and coffee making facilities in the room. This is surprising as most other hotels have this.

Perfect hotel for a visit of the beautiful area!

We got an upgrade and had a room with a view on the lake and Isola Bella. Very friendly staff. Terrific breakfast buffet.

Sound isolation of the room could be better (noisy neighbours)

Not the expected value for money

The large swimming pool and the view

Room configuration : no space between the desk and the bed Very small bathroom, old faucets. The toilets were too close to the sink. The swimming pool’s temperature : very cold Parking 19€ per night !

Good location. View of the lake for breakfast.

We had a room at the back. I think if you can't get a room with a lake view it's not really worth the money. Could have stayed somewhere in town with a better room for the same money. The outside swimming pool is unheated and really cold.

Very Good

Beautiful old hotel. A little bit worn but it had a nice ambiance. Situated right at the lake shore. We brought our very big dog (bernese mountain dog), and the staff welcomed him as a guest. It made us feel very welcome.

The hotel restaurant was beautiful but the food was ok but we expected something more authentic.

Amazing view, nice pool and room, staff was 50/50

Swimming pool was a nice size with a good bar and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Note that the pool is not heated. Breakfast was good. We booked the suite and the view was amazing, very comfortable and large bed and the bathroom was spacious and classy.

The service was a bit disappointing. Staff was okay but in a 4star hotel I expect more than just okay. I'd say half of the staff was kind, the other half was rude and annoyed. The restaurant at the hotel is not worth your time and money, I could've done the cooking better myself.
